Refund & Return Policy

14-day window
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions for return
- Item must be in its original, unused condition with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided.
- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- Neon signs and electrical products must be unopened.
Initiating a return

Email returns@sfrcreative.com with your order number and reason.

Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) within 2 business days.

Package securely. Include the RMA number clearly on the exterior.

Ship back to our studio. Costs are customer responsibility unless faulty.

Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

- Sale items marked 'final sale'
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
